What is the difference between a sweatshirt and a sweater?
Long associated with the world of sport, the sweatshirt stands out from the sweater with its casual look. But at Crossbeams, we're reinventing this iconic piece to make it a modern wardrobe staple. Our sweatshirts combins style and elegance, perfect for everyday wear as well as formal attire.
Unlike sweaters, which are generally made from natural materials, sweatshirts are often a blend of cotton and polyester. At Crossbeams, we wanted to create 100% organic cotton sweatshirts that combine comfort, quality, and environmental responsibility.
How do I style my sweatshirts?
Our sweatshirts adapt perfectly to your different styles. They can blend harmoniously into your outfit or become the centerpiece, easily transitioning from a casual look to a more elegant one. In addition to their meticulous finishing, they offer unparalleled comfort thanks to their softness.

How are the sweatshirts made?
Barbara imagines and designs the sweatshirts in her aterlier in Paris in the Ile Saint-Louis, before they are brought to life in a family workshop in Portugal. Made from organic cotton grown in Turkey, the fabric is woven on demand to promote more responsible and high-quality fashion.
How do I wash my Crossbeams sweatshirt?
We recommend machine washing your sweatshirt at 30°C with mild soap and a gentle spin cycle. Tumble drying is not recommended, except on a gentle cycle. Ideally, let it dry flat or hung on a hanger. Iron on cotton, avoiding elasticated edges (collar, cuffs, hips). Your sweatshirt will be spotless.
